My daughter just left the ER with my 2 yr old Grandson at 7:30am & and the treatment she experienced while there was appalling. The nurse at the registration desk was rude and disregarded her concerns for my Grandson completely. She was instructed to take him to the ER by their pediatrician because my Grandson had not had a wet pull-up or used the bathroom in 10hours. We were admitted through the ER last night! We have been using Children's for a little over 9 years. From the ER, outpatient therapies, to the impatient stays & clinics. We love Children's! They have always taken good care of my son!
