Was told to there for an MRI first at 11 then another call for 8:30. We live 2 hours away and while in route get a call saying Insurance had been denied. Called insurance and they said none had been filed. Get there and can’t do the MRI. Had to take a day of vacation, baby had to go without food or drink for 12 hours, and drove 2 hours to get there. Very incompetent! Why was the certification not done prior? We had to wait 4 months to see the doctor and then another two weeks for the MRI. God only knows how much longer it wi... read more

The place has been great with my daughter! After almost 2 long weeks of vomiting and diarrhea an multiple trips to ERs they was able to figure out what was going on with our sweet girl! All the staff we had interactions with was amazing they was all concerned about her and getting her better!

When my now 14 yr old son was diagnosed with a form of Crohn's disease, his gastrointestinal doctor worked extremely hard to find out that was causing all his discomfort and why he was so sick. My son had to go through a colonoscopy and a scope down his throat to his abdominal area. The doctors came and explain the procedures to me and wanted to make sure I didn't have any questions and comfortable.

Dr Glazier is supposed to be a head doctor but seems to not know anything about compassion. My child is in pain and they don’t know why so they simply shrug and say discharge. I am so disappointed. I am a medical professional and I know my child.

Never again. Our visit to the ER today was a complete and total waste of time. If they bill my insurance company, it will be nothing short of fraud.
