The nicu is amazing. I knew my son had no chance of living and because of them I was given 5 more weeks with him. Thank y'all so much!

Waiting 5 hours to be told I would have to wait 4 more hours to actually see a doctor. My 9 month had not ate for 36 hours and apparently that is not a major issue. Absolute garbage of an emergency room.
For a children's hospital going to ER should be a comfortable experience since you are visiting under somewhat stressful emotions. Our local pediatrician referred us to the Children's Hospital for our son's and daughters illness this was our 1st visit there. We waited 7hrs with out being provided a diagnosis nor any answers concerning our children. There was no communication on seeing a doctor either just waiting and more waiting.
