RecommendedWe arrived early and didn't have to wait. They have an awesome set up. we were there for about 2 hours but that was paperwork, xrays, seeing the doctor, and getting a cast. Very little wait time and of course they were all great with children.
Portia or porscha in medical records was fabulous this morning. I had a major problem getting records sent to Pennsylvania and had drive to children's to take care of it. She got my records that morning, without me having to wait 7-10 days. She was an amazing help. I can't thank her enough. She sped up the time I needed to get records to Pennsylvania for my daughters transplant evaluation!
They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and the front desk women ARE SO RUDE.
