Sarah in the emergency room needs to learn the importance of being a nurse for more than just a paycheck. If you don’t have the heart for it then don’t do it. She was very disrespectful. That’s just disappointing when you’re in the middle of an emergency.

RecommendedI absolutely love this place. I’m a first mom and was freaking out today when my little one was constantly throwing up and running a fever. His doctor sent us here to get an ultrasound on his stomach. The moment I got there, they helped us right away. They were so friendly and willing to work with us. Having a sick two year old is no fun especially when he is irritable, but they still remained calm and work with our fussy little one.

RecommendedWe went to their ER and were taken to a room, right away. Totally unprepared for a two night stay, they were able to provide us with everything we needed. All of the staff at Children’s really do care about the kids that are being treated. They make sure that the parents are taken care of, as well. If you ever have to take your child to a hospital, and live in the Birmingham area, Children’s of Alabama is the one you need to go to!
