We absolutely love dr. Cheek he is great and a amazing Dr and really cares for his patients and even prays with them if you allowed him to
They don’t answer phones with all those people that work there , they’re rude , and don’t care why work there when you don’t even care , this is kids were dealing with , I can’t even transfer without them answering

Good luck ever getting them to answer the phone. I love our pediatrician but the receptionist are ridiculous. I've call multiples of times to sit on hold over 20 minutes on more than one occasion. Reception is about enough to make me change doctors. Fed up.
I absolutely loved Doctor Jolly. I have been bringing my children here for 7 years now and he is the only reason I have kept coming back. The office staff is rude, and their customer service is terrible. I should not have to be on hold for 30 minutes with the office just to make a simple appointment. For that reason, I have decided to switch doctors. I was on hold with the office for 26 minutes and eventually just hung up. Why does it take so long for anyone to answer the phone? Been on hold just to cancel an appointment for over 30 minutes. Very unprofessional and going down hill as of the last year. Expect this will be my final call. Will be moving to another pediatrician.
my sons prescription was supposed to be called in Thursday and here it is Wednesday and no script! I haven't heard from anyone and I've left 2 voicemails!!

A very bad experience with this hospital. I received a text from my daughter @ 12:17 telling me that they might be going home today. I receive another text about 5:15 telling me that they had just been told they could leave. My 12 year old granddaughter had just had surgery on Thursday. They had not received any type of care since Friday afternoon. Nurses could not find a wheel chair. My daughter, her 12 year old weak daughter and 9 year old son. had to walk half of the way out.
