They took long to serve us , my cup was dirty and the rice tasted rotten, not going back

No se en El Paso, Pero la sucursal de Chihúa de Chih mex es un mugrero total, eso sí los meseros muy atentos pero la comida era una burla como para tirársela ni a los perros pobrecitos perritos que culpa tienen mas bien estaba para tirárselas a ellos en la cara. Solo fuimos a tirar nuestro dinero. Que vergüenza!!! Jamas volveré a ese lugar.
