In the early 1950's, mill worker Hysen Chelo purchased a piece of property as an investment. Hysen's four children thought that land investments were unwise and envisioned a restaurant on that site to support their growing families. Thus, Chelo's Hometown Bar & Grille was started in 1955. If you have a big group this is the place to go. We had a party of 21 and was comfortably seated. Waitress took last names so each family had separate checks.
Worth the trip from NY!! Excellent food great price and the waitresses and staff are phenomenal!!! Will definitely be back!!
God and service were great as usual, always good there.
Went there for a meeting and had a buffet dinner in their Banquet room . I have also been to their main dinning room too. The food was good and service at th bar was good . Clean up was a little slow but we had over a hundred people at the event. So it was a good venue for our event with plenty of good parking
Lousy! Absolutely terrible. Prices are a total scam. 15$ for a appetizer sampler that flies flew directly towards. When flies head towards your food that's a bad sign. Customer service were blatelny neglegant about our concerns of our uncooked food.
