Jay Pichardo was great helping my wife and I buy our new GTI!! Parts department is also super friendly and has a few enthusiasts employed which is great! Today Jay Prichard is my hero! He is on staff at Checkered Flag VW. My 77 year old mother went to purchase her first car since being widowed. Jay went above and beyond all expectations to help her out. My mom suffers from a rare form of vasculitis which has affected her hearing and airway. Communicating, for her, has become very difficult. The biggest thing I loved about my experience at VW Checkered Flag was how personable and genuine everyone was! Also, I really liked that the payment options where straight forward and easy to understand and there where plenty of options! From start to finish my experience at Checkered Flag VW with Jay Pichardo, as my sales rep, was top notch!
We recently bought 2 cars from this dealership and we would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to avoid the 'hard sell' experience.
