They have a very comfortable environment and great staff. Robert Weakley is very knowledgeable and great to work with! I would defiantly recommend working with him!
I had the pleasure of working with Geoff (or Jeff with a G) last week and I loved every second of it! He was very friendly, professional, and so funny! I was able to purchase a slightly used 2017 Jetta and she is a dream! I will definitely refer him to any friends and family I may have interested in a vehicle!
This was my very first car buying experience. The service I received was nothing at all that I would have expected. No sleazy salesman trying to screw me out of as much money as possible, or the pressure to sign something you're not comfortable with. Went to look at a car and was greeted by Robert W. Couldn’t find a car that made me feel great in a price I could afford right now. Robert tried really hard to find vehicles in my price range, we even went to some of the other Checkered Flag lots. I had a great time even though I found out I won’t be replacing my car as soon as I had hoped. Will return to deal with Robert and Checkered Flag because they made it such an easy experience.

When I visited Checkered Flag VW we were welcomed promptly and made to feel right at home. Two hours to have a state inspection done with an appointment. Something that would have taken about a half hour anywhere else. Then they failed my vehicle because of bulbs... The same bulbs that were in the vehicle the previous two state inspections that the same dealership passed (and no, the bulbs were not burned out). They wanted $70 to replace the bulbs because they claimed they were not VDOT approved. A quick Google search once I returned home showed the bulbs are perfectly legal in Virginia.
