Great dealership! Bought a Tiguan. Very enjoyable experience. Worked with a man named Thom. Very laid back and not pushy. Had a great conversation with him. Answered all my questions and concerns about the automobile. Gave me the pros and cons. I was coming from out of town to buy and he worked with me over phone. Picked me up from a car rental place. Introduced me to all staff. Can't say enough good things about these folks!

When I called Sat night at 6:20 & told Hector we were interested in seeing a car on the lot, but couldn't be there until a few minutes before closing, he said, "Come in. We'll stay until you get what you want." And they really did. When we got there, in the rain, Hector was waiting outside for us & the car was right there being detailed. They put a deal together for us that was even better than we expected. From money to accessories the experience was the best we have EVER had!
