They let the mom help with the process by keeping me informed while son had limited communications. They fixed the clutch free of charge. Everyone was very helpful through the process. Bob Rischitelli is absolutely one of the best guys to go to when you need to buy a car! He made sure the process was easy, and literally cut the time in half for us with the entire car buying process. If he's not busy, definitely request him by name, you won't regret it!
Worst service Dept period. Been told for over 24 hours I would get a call from them in 15 min at least 5 times and still haven’t heard anything. Will never be taking my car back here!!
