Do not give your business to Checkered Flag! There comes a time when a business becomes so big they are their own demise. My car has been sitting at their facility being “worked on” for over a week with no communication. Was told it would be ready today and now they’re saying Tuesday, providing no real explanation or apologies. They don’t care about their customers deep down, they just want to sell as many cars as possible!

My lease end was coming up and I contacted Geoff Warder who was my Product Specialist when I leased my 2017 Tuscon. After I told him I probably will keep my vehicle, he checked over my vehile and told me the value of it. He wanted me to know the other options I had and he and Robert took the time to check the financing for me. In the end I decided to keep my Tuscon. I’m disappointed to express my concerns on the integrity of Hyundai products and their service. Brought my vehicle in for a recall, requested a review of my GPS/Audio system freezing and my driver side and passenger side seat belts not retracting. Because my vehicle is over 4000 miles, the warranty does not cover the expenses of electronics or safety. Picked up vehicle and found a torx screw and washer in tire. We called Geoff and asked about Palisades. We were looking for a particular Model with particular options. He helped us identify a vechile and talked with us about how we could hold it until we could make a trip from Charlottesville. Our choice was $3000 less than comps in our area. Geoff worked with us past his regular schedule to make sure we had what we wanted and could take it home that day. Great service, great experience!! Thanks Geoff and Checkered Flag team!

OH MY GOODNESS! I just had the most seamless, easy, exciting experience in purchasing my new car, thanks to Jeff Griffin! Worst experience ever. I had to wait almost 5 hours for them to figure out my key situation, which is fine stuff happens. But for me to still pay the 140 dollars in labor after they made me wait almost 5 hours with no kind of anything??? Not even a sorry. So frustrated and upset.

I have never experienced ripoff prices and service like I have at this dealership. Literally lied about a charge that I will address later. I've bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership in the past, bought another used Hyundai elsewhere and came here for service. They will never get another penny from me and I will never buy a Hyundai again.

Worst experience I have had in a long time! After being greeted we were recommended to go somewhere else if we were looking for an suv under $10k, even though those weren’t our criteria. The salesman was rude and after finally showing me the vehicle I went there for, he mentioned AGAIN that I should look elsewhere for an suv under $10k. He continued to call my bmw 5 series a ‘small sedan’, never bothered to even ask what we were looking for specifically. Definitely never going back!
