RecommendedEasiest car purchase experience I have ever had. No bull like you get at most car dealerships. The person that shows the car does the entire process. You don't have to go from one person to another to get everything done.
My wife and I just bought a new car at Checkered Flag and we are completely satisfied! Our salesman was Richard Jakubs. We are new to the car-buying experience and Rich made the whole process very easy. The model we wanted wasn't on the lot, so Rich stayed in contact while he got the one we wanted. Trading in an old car was very easy too. Great experience!
I have a mixed review. Recently was in a really bad accident, car was totaled and was recommended to purchase a vehicle through Hyundai World. The Sales staff was extremely friendly, I was met with compassion upon hearing my last vehicle was totaled, and ultimately the car purchasing process was super simple. Just when I think I can't get happier with my service at Checkered Flag, they go and suprise me. From checking my car in to service to paying for everything, they make the experience truly a pleasure. Everything is streamlined and orderly and I am constantly kept updated about my car. Perchanda Freeman and Mario Kaspar are great service advisors, you cant go wrong with either. Not enough good things to say about Checkered Flag Hyundai. I am a customer for life.
