Absolutely THE WORST customer service I’ve EVER witnessed. As a repeat customer, you would think such poor execution of service would warrant a call from the General Manager. Messages left, email sent, and NOT A WORD. Not a call. Not a response. I’m certain there will be no discussion forward, but as an upper level manager, if one of my GM’s acted with such disregard of a customer, they would no longer be employed.
