I opened a credit card online on a Thursday afternoon and was instantly approved. I attempted to do a balance transfer and it would not process. I called Chase this morning (which is Friday) and have been on the phone for over 40 minutes so far and have talked to more than 8 people, including the security team and supervisors. It has been over three months since my mother-in-law passed away with a trust in place. However, Chase bank has not allowed my husband to get into the account when the trust clearly says that he is the trustee upon her death. First they asked for an affidavit from the lawyer. We got that. Then they asked for a notarized copy of another document which we did. Now they are saying they need to review it for 2 more weeks. I am a current customer at Chase Bank for the past 20 years. Recently, I received an email from Chase stating my debit card was canceled which I agreed in certain matters. From January 24,2019 to March 6,2019. I did not received my debit card despite several attempts calling and going in person to the bank. For that reason, I was unable to make transactions. I invested with JP Morgan bonds. $10,000 bond matured in 6.6 years and only made $154. Another $5,000 bond in 6.6 years made $6. Total scam and will be reported.

I went into Chase Bank here in ********* ********with a friend of mine. I needed to take out a couple hundred dollars and so I went to the ATM machine to do a withdrawal. My bank is actually ***** ***** ****, but I was there at Chase so I just decided to use the machine there. The machine never dispensed my cash and didn't get me a receipt, so I told the manager and he told me to call and dispute the charge with my bank. The website is always down, can hardly ever access my accounts, putting in a sizable check puts it on hold for a very long time, can only mobile deposit 10k a month with no way to ever increase the limit, so many stupid rules and limitations. Horrible bank, regretting adding it so much.

Horrible! Our car lease is through them and never again. I've had numerous calls with customer service and still after 7 months after our lease ended they are still taking out our monthly payments with auto pay! And of course having troubles getting the money back as well.

I paid of my auto loan over 6 months ago and never received my title. I have called multiple times telling them to request a duplicate title, as the motor vehicle registration office here told me the lienholder would have to be the one to request it. Chase told me they would each time. Well... just last week I called to check on the status of my title yet again and was informed a duplicate title was never requested to begin with. I had $17,000 stolen/frauded out of my bank account 9 days ago. I STILL don't have my money back from the bank. Absolutely not okay! Not sure how Chase thinks I'm supposed to be paying my bill's right now!? They've made is very clear that they don't care about their customers or their well being.
