Incompetent Staff & Bank - Fraudulent Offers Absolute ****** at Chase Bank. Zero customer service or any idea of what is going on within their organization. Both Patti and Yasni (branch manager) were zero help in assisting me. Chase closed on a JUMBO mortgage with me and then would not allow me to open deposit accounts. The reason I was going to switch banks was for the $300 new account bonus and $500 mortage and auto-pay tie in. I believe Chase is committing fraud through this practice because they never have to pay out if ... read more

Chase credit card is the worse. I paid using an account that I have used to pay several other accounts. They send me a letter via snail mail (I opted for electronic communications) saying the account can’t do electronic transfers. This is an absolute lie since I have used the account to pay others. I get the paper mail 12 days later and they have charged me additional fees. They also send me electronic communication 10 days after the initial issue. I call the customer service number and have to waste my time with a bunch of ... read more

I am extremely upset with Chase Bank right now and I intend on closing my accounts. My account was charged an insufficient funds fee of $34 for a transaction that caused my account to be overdrawn by $7. 29. When I saw the account was overdrawn that evening (11/20/18) I did a ******** **** *****from my ***** *****account to my Chase account to make sure it was not negative. The next day I see that my account is overdrawn and that I was charged a fee of $34. Not knowing why since I transferred money to make sure it was not ne... read more

I am a long-time Chase customer (at least 1980s). I wanted to open an additional credit card account. My credit score is over 800. I have never missed a payment or made a late payment to them. My application was denied with the excuse that my SS# didn't match my name. I called. They sent a form by ****. I filled it out and returned it ****. I called a week later. They hadn't receive it. They said I should have faxed it. I asked for a supervisor. She was 'busy' & would call me within an hour. No call. Called back. Was connect... read more

Chase Bank engages in predatory behavior, is disrespectful, acts in bad faith, and bad business. I have been told partial or incorrect information by support specialists on numerous occasions resulting in fees that are then assessed to my account. Today I called again for probably the seventh or eighth time in a year because again of being charged a fee that resulted from incorrect information that a "support specialist" had previously told me. They told me on the phone that they couldn't reverse the fee because they had alr... read more

Dont Bank with Chase. Their ATM took my cash deposit and then locked up. I went into the branch and was told to open a claim. Upon opening a claim I was told that my account would be credited within 12 hours. After 14 hours with no credit I contacted customer service. I was told by a drone that their systems were down. I expect to be able to deposit 1400 dollars in cash and have immediate access to it, not have it frozen. I have been banking with Chase for 20 years, on Monday morning I will be closing all accounts with this ... read more

Several absolutely horrible experiences with Chase recently. - Made a large electronic transfer from ******** to Chase. ******** showed it delivered the same day. Chase stated they hadn't received it after three days. Sent another large payment, and eventually both were received. Finally, had to work to get one of the payments transferred back to Fidelity. - During this process, spent HOURS on the phone, and now have TEN different phone numbers I have to maintain for Chase. They stated that they do not have one single number... read more
