Horrible customer service! I wanted to cancel the card, and was forced to verify my ID two times each with 3 separate people. Each agreed I was verified, and then passed me off to the next. Following the third person, the call was dropped, and I had to do the whole thing over again. There is no reason that a simple cancellation should be this difficult. I suspect they may be making this difficult on purpose, to reduce the number of cancellations. I will never use them again.
"Customer Service" is non-existent. I have been locked out of online access to my accounts for the FIFTH TIME IN LESS THAN A YEAR -- due solely to some sort of programming problem in the Chase online systems where they constantly mishandle differences between physical address and mailing address. Each time, it has been weeks without online access for no apparent reason before eventually regaining access. I was directed to four different people for routine questions -- and none could answer the question. They also took my personal information twice, and I don't know why it was needed more than once, but that gave them access to my account and they still were not able to answer my questions.
Very poor customer service. They transfer you from one person to the next with no resolution of the simplest issues.
Rude and ignorant employees. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never in my life been treated with so much disrespect than by this branch and their poor excuses of employees.Will be closing all of my accounts. Don't waste your time with this bank unless you enjoy never getting anything accomplished, getting talked down to, and a general disregard of common sense and decency.
This company is crap! I am closing out my account and never doing business with them again. I tried to dispute two charges that were charged to my credit card and they wouldn't help me, they said they couldn't do anything about it. What a great business!
Chase called me and said I did not make mortgage payment. I had made the payment on 5/4/18. The agent on the phone said I would have to resubmit and would void the first payment. Being a trusting person I agreed. On 5/8/18 they took 2 payments out of my checking. I called and was told it would take over a week to be refunded. If I am one day late they raise the devil but if they make a mistake they do not care. ****** * ******

On 5/11/18 my husband just started a new job and he put 1 number wrong for the direct deposit so he's deposit was in limbo. So I called the customer service number talked to a girl I could barely understand. In 2014, I acquired a loan through Mazda and they sent it to ***** **** ********* I did not miss any payments and decided to payoff the loan. I did my due diligence, I went online and got the payoff amount (which was a little more than the notified balance due to the daily interest rate) and I sent it to them. They ended up sending the payment back to my bank and did not notify me – but the kicker is they sent me the title.
