I lost my life savings when I was forced into a scam and all JP Morgan Chase and their customer service individuals had to tell me was..."It's not our problem". I couldn't believe the bank that I was banking with for close to 10 years told me that in this dire situation that I couldn't get 10,000$'s back that I was just scammed for. PLEASE SHARE: Chase bank steals from their own customers. For example, a check deposited on 9/30, clearing 10/2 has a 12 day hold on it. Why? In the 80s a 5 day hold was common but now 12 days is happening? What are you doing with MY money? Why don't you possess enough honor to reverse the unjustified OD fees your business has caused? I sent a pic of the screenshot from the other bank account proving to them that the check cashed on 10/2. No acknowledgement of that pic. Chase bank has continuously charged both our business and personal accounts ridiculous fees, their representatives have given us contradicting information and yet they still stand by their policies which change depending on the person we speak to. The amount of money they have charged us in fees is flat out robbery. We are happily taking our banking accounts to their competitors.

I sent funds to friends with chase quick pay. After sending, funds had been withdrawn for my account but no shown into their. Over time, my friend had forgotten which band account they set up to receiving fund.

Chase keeps lying to me about a claim that was made to proactive. They have taken money out of my account for an account that is close. Ever time that happens they tell me it is the last time. It happens every month. Chase is stealing money.

I deposited a check for over $5000 from my mortgage company to pay my property taxes. The money showed up in my account the same day, however, when I went to use the money to pay my taxes, my account was put in a hold and it said my balance was NEGATIVE $4,000.... that doesn't even make sense. The reason being "ATM/DEP error." After 30 minutes on the phone with Chase they were able to remove the hold and correct the balance, however, their only solution for the check was to mail me a replacement in 7 to 10 business days! I lost my bank card and put it on hold I waited to long to call back in and tell them I found it so it was canceled which is completely my fault, however.. I called to order a new card and was told I had the option to wait 5-7 bus. Days or get it sent in two days if I paid, well got my card was also told I would have to wait 2 days after to get a pin to use my card, well I've had my card a week and no pin so its *** of month I called the *** to get it figured out they tell me no I have to wait 13 days to get my pin number se... read more
