I was at my Chase Bank bank located in Schaumburg at Meacham and Higgins to ask for a rollover of my 401K program to an IRA with taking desperately needed cash out of it. I sat with a lady by the name of Taby when I was first there to give the details, she was very good. Because she would be off this week with the Holiday I was told to follow up with a Matt plus she told me he could help me better than she could with this situation. I made an appt with Matt for 9:30 this morning. I showed up and was told that Matt would call... read more

I am furious at the aggressiveness and deception with which chase is trying to get their customers to convert to paperless statements. I am an educated person with four published books and a PhD and they still tricked me into accidentally consenting to paperless statements though I do not want to go paperless. They managed this on their third attempt within minutes through their app for smartphones. First, it wouldn't let me go to my account unless I checked one of these choices a) go paperless b) go to preferences. Second, ... read more

While the staff is always super nice, I would be more comforted if I knew they were applying my payments correctly. Recent experiences and false assurances by staff members on several occasions have resulted in my wish to change mortgage companies as soon as possible.

This company is awful! They will continue to accept transactions after your account is overdrawn just so they can charge you more fees! Then they return the transaction! DO NOT do business with CHASE!

I have had a Fraudulent PayPal transaction on my chase bank for $60. I subsequently had several overdrafts as low as 18.40, -$26,38 which each incurred a $34.00 overdraft fee. Paypal refunded the money and credited back my account on October 4th for the loss that occurred on June 13th after completing the investigation. I contacted chase bank to have the 34.00 overdraft fees corrected. I spent over 2 hours on the phone going between Claims/Fraud - to Customer Service - To Claims/Fraud and then back to Customer Service. I dea... read more

I have a negative review about my experience depositing money into my account using the inside ATM machine. My money got stuck in the machine and never received the deposit in my account. I asked about my overdraft fees to be waved since the machine had my money stuck in it and may take days to verify. The bank told me I may still be charged the fee even though the money is stuck. I'm so upset about the situation and can't believe the bank couldn't help me find away to pay by bills with out being charge a feee even though th... read more

20 year customer. No late payments ever. Twice in the last 2 years they sent me a letter dropping my credit limit to 200$ over my balance due to “high credit usage”. First time was a $14,000 decrease. Second now is another $6,000. Notified by letter. No call. I called to explain cancer diagnosis needed to use as work was difficult. Nope. Dropped me anyway.

I passionately hate Chase bank for treating customers very poorly and for not training their staff as their incompetence has cased me a lot stress and frustration. I and my wife will be closing our accounts at chase bank. JPMorgan Chase bank is the worst bank in America.

I took out a mortgage loan with Chase because I was also doing my banking through them and thought it would be a more stream lined and smooth process due to the my already established patronage. My first underwriter was probably the newest person on the block, she asked me why I took a standard deduction on my tax return of all things. I think the IRS would agree that I made the right decision. When it came time for me to want to refinance I ran into even bigger problems. First of all, the underwriter came back to me asking ... read more
