I had some property damage to my condo and the insurance issued me a series of checks to fix the damage. Chase was listed on the check due to them holding my mortgage. I went to chase to deposit the first check, and they told me I that I would have to put the check in escrow until 100% of the work was complete. I informed them, I needed some of it to pay my contractor. They gave me a large packet of paperwork to sign, and complete. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH JP MORGAN CHASE INVESTMENT ADVISORS. AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY CLAIMING THEY ARE NOT INVESTMENT ADVISORS. I INVESTED MONEY AND THE JP MORGAN CHASE INVESTMENT ADVISOR SEYDA CONNOR ADMITTED HE MADE A MISTAKE AND INVESTED THE MONEY AS A "ROLLOVER, HE SUPERVISOR JOE CHIANESE AND WADE HIVELY FOUND NO FAULT BECAUSE AFTER MR CONNOR ADMITTED HES WRONG DOING.

Really? After paying off more than $30,000 in debt, I am now charged $44.27 in interest, because of your billing cycle? BS! This is not just sorry, it should be against the law. I'm at a loss for words. It is just plain sad.

CHASE Charged my account numerous amounts of times for service fees I never knew or was told existed, I was NEVER told by a bank rep that consistently called my cell phone so much TO OPEN ACCOUNT I listed her as "DO NOT ANSWER"..........Chase was making so much money from service fees they actually bumped up the monthly fee and still never contacted me and let me know of any balance requirement. When I went into the branch to inquire about the 5 years of fees the helpless manager was playing gotcha with me like i was lying..... read more

Opened a business and personal account. Got screwed by Chase Paymentech. They promised a programmed machine for credit card processing. Got it 11 days later not programmed to their needs. Not one person called us to ask what our needs were. I have spent many hours to get my money back. The took $355 out of my account. They wont give it back. I can get an unprogrammed machine online for $95. What bad service and money grab. The branch would not help at all. As soon as the papers were signed I was on my own. Shame on Chase.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LETTER REGARDING CHASE BANK'S POOR BUSINESS/CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES!!! Unfortunately (and embarrassingly) on 5/*/17 I was the victim of a scam involving individuals who pretended to be from the IRS. They stated that I was going to be immediately arrested for "tax evasion" and all of my assets would be seized/frozen if I didn't pay them over the phone. Applied for a auto load. Got approved. After many phone calls and emails to try to finalize my loan I didn't get any response back. Lost my down payment on the car I was buying and many hours of work.

Paid off a lease. Despite sending them all required documents, and several phone calls, we still have not received the title and bill and sale for over a month now. Extremely dissatisfied with their service.

I was a victim of fraud. Someone stole my card and took money off my card and deposited fraudulent checks. I've never been in bad standing with chase EVER! and instead of them looking at that, they said that they could not approve my fraud claim and they cannot prove my card was stolen and I'm responsible to pay them 300$! This is the worst bank I've ever been with and they are horrible with customer service !
