Hello, My wife has been with Chase for 6 or 7 years and i've been with them for a little over 4 now. However in the last 6 weeks i've had three fraudulant charges with two of them coming from my savings account. Long story short after the first attempt on my checking account I put a stop payment to ******....then a week later another weird purchase from ****** came out of my savings (How does this happen when I never use my savings). On 4/** I recently requested my first auto loan payment deferral for ONE payment (due April ***h) on my 3.5 year old loan account due to paying for repairs for a blown head gasket on the auto, then being off work on FMLA for an emergency surgery but the reps would not accept those reasons. My Chase account was hacked, I made the discovery when I received an email change notice. There was nothing I could have knowingly done to prevent it. I was one of many accounts that had funds stolen via Chase Quick Pay, which I have never used. A thief stole $2000 from my account, I caught it the same day to have it stopped. Chase assured me that they would take care of it and I would get my money back in 12-24 hours. It has been 10 days now and I was last told it could be another week. Why? on 03/**/2017 I made a 650.00 deposit at an atm. The atm took 350.00 and spit out 300.00 back and then I got a receipt with an error message. I called the bank and submitted a claim I spoke with a manager because I was so upset who assured me I would get a resolution in a week or so. It is now almost 4 weeks later and no resolution. I can't think of a single positive interaction with Chase at the moment. Years ago I purchased a TV and PS3 using them as a financing source offered through the store I purchased at. It was supposed to be interest free assuming I made payments on time. Wehn filling out the application, the store employee actually gave me advice about paying carefully and quickly, even to the point of calling on the phone to pay directly, because I'll probably lose the 0% unless I did so. Today 04-**-2017 I went into the chase bank at **** ****** *** on the corner of ******** **** The *********** branch in brooklyn ny, to withdraw $6600.00 The teller who assisted me by the name of Karechel told me she wouldn't be able to give me my money because it hadn't cleared but that I can withdraw 3,000 from the a.t.m or $2.700 over the window. My major complaint is the way they handle information. They stated they needed id when paying on a credit card with cash. The issue is they required me to take my id out of the wallet and the Bank teller hid my id from my view this also looks ? In the past, The id would not have to be taken out of the plastic binder type in the license#. I have made complaints against these people in the District Court of Tacoma and the FTC Nothing is being done. Chase Bank is a pirate under the cloak of a bank. I had something that was reported to ChexSystems about a year-and-a-half ago paid off and they refused to submit a request to ChexSystems to have it removed which is prohibiting me from being able to open an account at any other establishment and they have told me that I am welcome to come back and open up an account with them. ABSOLUTELY worst bank to deal with. A check payable to my business (in the order of) was put on hold and closed the account due to fraudulent activity. Well that fraudulent activity was that I needed to get authorization from my EMPLOYEE to deposit the check. Why? Because the check was mailed to my business and addressed to my employee (the accountant). HOWEVER, the check is payable to MY BUSINESS WITH NO EMPLOYEE NAME IN THE PAY ORDER FIELD.
