CHASE *****! I have had problem after problem and they make mistake after mistake THAT I THEN AM CHARGED FOR!!!! I called corporate to NO AVAIL! They all sound like robits with a script to read. No sensitivity and HORRID business practices. I cannot describe these incidents of unsatisfactory business practices in any other way besides incompetent and petty. Every extra cent they can add on leads me to believe that leeching off of ppl with lower incomes to keep them afloat with regret and it's embarrassing that such a large c... read more

When you will have an account with Chase Bank, you will know that you are depositing your money with the biggest authorized thief, because they rob you in your own house. example: if you make a transaction at an ATM other bank, they charge you a fee ok, but chase also charges you $ 2.50 for not using the chase ATM and also charges you for having a cheking account, Chase bank is a ***** ****, think about it well before you have a cheking account in Chase

For reasons to unbeknownst to me Chase keeps locking my ****** Credit Card account. This makes it incredibly inconvenient for me to pay my card off every week. Its almost as if I'm be reprimanded for paying my bill on time and not pay them interest. They claim it's because of multiple access attempts but the re-occurrence is alarming. I've reset my password 6 times thus far and I've been using a 128-bit hex key, as I work in IT. Whether it's a legitimate attempt to break into my account or not, Chase should block IP requests... read more

Chase takes a 2-3 step process for ATM transactions and turns it into a 10 step process, why? Reentering your pen multiple times, asking needless questions - absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! Other banks can do in 1 minute what it takes them 5 to do. WORST customer service as well, spending more time on multiple and again needless verification than the reason you called for. Chase needs to become customer friendly or people are going to take their business elsewhere. Please READ ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS here and on ****.

I called about getting a courtesy for an overdraft fee and the customer service representative named April got snippy when I explained to her that a worker has told me that you get 5 courtesies to waive the overdraft fees. April proceeded to say that it was no true and did not apologize for the error of the other agents mistake. She took it personal as if I was attacking her and offered little comfort in my dilemma.

For a Mortgage: This was not my first home loan and it went terrible compared to the others. The entire process was bad. There was the typical scrambling on their part as they requested several times the week before the closing date for additional documents and information that they didn't realize they needed; I expected this and was very fast in getting those documents over to them. Then the week of my Thursday closing, I hear from the Chase rep on Monday and then not again until Wednesday evening saying they needed more do... read more

After opening a checking account online which was active, receiving direct deposit, allowing use of debit card I received a letter stating the account would be closed with no explanation as to why. I called to inquire about the reason and was told the bank does not have to give out that information. The letter I received also stated I could wire the money out for free to another account so I went online to try and do this and was shocked to see when they system was asking to text me a verification that five of six numbers di... read more

I was trying to deposit $200 into my sister’s account. They would not allow me to deposit cash because I was not on the account. So I had to waste my time and gas to go back to the bank I took the money out to get a cashiers check. When I call to find out why they would not allow me to deposit cash into my sister’s account they told me it was to reduce the fraudulent deposits from 3rd parties. So I can totally see how you can NOT get a counterfeit check but you can get counterfeit money. To me it would be easier to check the... read more

Bank customer service was horrible. Tried to use their ATM machine and it did not give me the cash I requested. No cash and no receipt. Went into the bank to request help. I was told they could not help me. Out of luck. I must go to my bank to get it reversed. They took my cash as it was taken out of my account, but I did not get it. My bank is filing a request for return of the money to my account. But the point is, no one at Chase was willing to offer any assistance, they just took my money. They are no better than thieves... read more
