EXTREMELY unprofessional and disappointing!! I wish I could leave zero stars. My husband and I are currently going through Chase to buy our first home using a **loan and every single step of the process has been horrendous. Would give them a zero if I could. Opened an account with them and I used a money order I bought to deposit it into my account. The teller tells me there is a delay, the receipt says 10 days later. The teller of the bank assures me that the deposit will be available by the 2nd bussiness day. But if it wasnt I should call the number on the receipt. If only I could give zero. I shouldn't have took a lease with Subaru Motors Finance/Chase Auto Finance. I am in the military and was ordered to move overseas. Now I still need to pay a lease liability balance/deficiency balance. I tried talking to the customer service and they said my account is closed and good to go. But I kept getting routed to their collection section. It seems like they are not even trying to help you figure out what steps to take regarding breaking a lease as a service member. I loved Chase up until this week. I have received over $200 in insufficient funds fees due to 1 charge that didn't even show up until the next day. Chase has a policy that if you put any money in that has over drafted during the day by 8pm pacific time, you will not be charged a fee. I check my account daily to be sure everything has cleared and is paid. I have documentation of this. I wake up one morning and there's 3 over draft charges due to a payment that supposedly came in the day before. Yet, I had $76 in that account ... read more

Chase bank was horrible to us and millions of others. Research this bank!!! There’s so much. When I called to report a check was showing but it as not ours, they acted like it would be looked into. Next thing you know, our account is restricted. No one could or would give a reason as to why. When you complain, and ask questions, their answer is...we don’t have to tell you a reason, read your agreement with the bank! No help whatsoever

Identity was stolen beginning of April, my mail was forwarded to another state and the thieves went for it. Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. An hour and a half to be told there’s nothing they can do to help me due to their antiquated systems not being able to properly process an application. I’d be surprised if what they did wasn’t in violation of credit law. Spoke with their executive offices over my matter and they could t care less.
