I deposited a payroll check, I then called to see why it hasn’t cleared. While I was on hold, chase contacted my employer without my permission and spoke to someone who wasn’t in HR. They released unauthorized information. They spoke to my coworker who wasn’t in HR and told her the check amount, they also gave her my second last name. This is information my coworker did not have prior to this discussion. This is a violation of privacy. Chase then refused to release the hold. They stated they spoke to my employers bank which ... read more

Once again, JP Morgan Chase Sapphire Reserve, despite their high annual credit card membership fee, and their claims that their perks and service is the best, have proved that the reality of the consumer experience is far from what they advertise. From my experiences, I can conclude the company as a whole is very weak, and folds like a cheap lawn chair when it comes to standing up FOR their customer, but stands strong when it comes to protecting themselves, and minimizing their liability or involvement towards any discrepanc... read more
Good morning My name is ***** ******** I have been a customer of Chase for more than 10 years and I have never had a complaint, Chase as a bank always wants to be right but it is not like that I am a respectful customer and I think what happened the first of This month of November 2019 can not happen again, I lost my job and therefore my money in my account is distributed to my payments every month in detail, Chase Bank practically took my money out of my account and made a payment without my authorization that I felt like a... read more

Personally, I will not ever bank with Chase or give Chase any of my business going forward, as I have been routinely baffled by Chase's poor customer service. I have been asked Chase to add same day payment processing via debit card to their Chase credit card application for well over 12 months at this point, and have been told everything from "it's not possible & won't ever happen" to "it's incredibly difficult, and might take us a while to roll out", even though every other card in my wallet has this feature. So, "it's not... read more
I had a awful experience with Chase. I am currently on workers comp, and deposited a check on Thursday, October 3rd, from a verfiable, Federal Tax ID'd company. I have to wait over 7 days for my check to be deposited and no one was willing to assist. All the service reps would place me on 5-6 minute holds and would give me the same excuses stating they have to ensure the check wouldn't be returned. I'm on WORKERS COMP. THE CHECK WOULD NOT BE RETURNED. IT'S ILLEGAL ESPECIALLY IF THE CLAIM IS OPENED . I have to live off these ... read more

The customer service agents regarding hardship programs are not only provoking but demoralizing in whats already a sensitive subject, experiencing personal hardship. They do not offer economically sustainable repayment options and attempt to bully by destroying your credit worthiness if you disagree to the program even when you explain it's not affordably. AVOID banking institutions that are not customer service oriented, we pay them a monthly fee to help and protect us, not the other way around.
This is a horrible establishment to say the least. Don’t waste your time at this horrendous company. I was a 25 year customer. When I had $70,000 I got yes’d to Death. Once I became penniless all the contrary. All the arrogance, rudeness, insubordination I dealt with and lots of unprofessionalism. What is that. The amount of money you have in your account should not indicate the way you are treated. The6 truly do need a attitude adjustment. Yesterday I went to the Weston, Fl branch that was totally out of my way. I was in an... read more
These disgusting excuses of garbage leave a disabled person without a credit card due to their inability to properly do their job. They send me a new card that got cancelled in route and then say there is nothing more I can do. Theres so much more, I got my identity stolen on my wedding day and on the day of my surgery. They are the worst bank, I can't talk to anyone in fraud department because they dont answer outside numbers, dont have an email or a voicemail. I will be pursuing legal action.

I applied for a 30-year mortgage loan with Chase. The application process was disorganized and personnel incompetent. The mortgage application rep would ask for documents that I already submitted and she also stated that I would get my $500 dollar application fee back after the house feel through. I sent her repeated emails on when I would expect the $500 dollars. After a month, she replied and stated I could not get it back. I then went to her manager. He investigated and stated I could not get it back because a appraisal w... read more
