Told chase for months that there was fraud activity on our account. They would reverse the charges every month. They stated they were u able to block the company that kept taking money. Changed debit cards mult times. Finally closed the account and opened a new one based off of their recommendations. Was told our pay checks that were coming in a couple days would be automatically moved to the new account once deposited into the old one. They left the old one open for 10 days with restrictions. TERRIBLE!!! The customer service Chase offers is absolutely horrible. I opened a new checking account with Chase online. I did this after receiving a flyer in the mail from them that if I opened an account and set up direct deposit, I would receive a $300.00 credit. I was given my account number and direct deposit form, which I gave to my employer. Where to begin... I purchased a home from a friend for $200k, about 50K below the market value. During the entire loan process I asked the question at least 10-15 times "If the appraisal comes back at $250K I don't have to pay PMI, correct?" Every single time the answer was "that's correct" you will own %20 at the point (which I now know is not true). Chase business was terrible at working with me. They do not care about you or try to help. They held 20,000 from my account for about 3 weeks and now i have to wait 10 days to receive those funds because they shut down my account. All they had to do was call the issuer and verify the checks which took 2 minutes.. A simple call or a warning from an employee would have been greatly appreciated. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Cancelled a transfer coming "into" my account without noticed and removed the external bank from linking to my account. That's why most my money to ********. Yet ******** can out perform Chase in Banking!!!
If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. Chase has a reputation of closing down accounts and putting restrictions on it for no reason. I was a Chase customer 2 years ago didn't have the account for that long and they closed the account down when I had about $250 they took my money. They are Holding a 1000$ check for 10 days. If this was a local community bank I'd understand but not by the biggest bank in the USA. It isn't 1956 I shouldn't have to wait that long for my money. So I am beyond aggravated with this company. They are causing me a lot of trouble. I'd rather go back to a pre paid card then wait 10 days for money. And no one in the company has been helpful. Would give 0 stars if I could. And no, I'm not one of those angry reviewers that will give 1 star because of an isolated incident. STAY AWAY from Chase Bank. I woke up and checked my Chase Account online and found out my account is no longer under my name! Chase has HUGE security flaws. I emailed Chase asking why am i seeing my mother in law's Checking information under my account? Customer service rep replied addressing me with my husbands name saying because your mother share that info.
