THey off a 0% APR balance transfer but don't let you pay off the balance accruing interest, or able to tell you how much you need to pay to not accrue interest, even though these are all numbers they have access to. After repeatedly asking for the ammount I need to pay to stop accruing interest and getting told they knew how much the difference ammounts wherel, 0% transfer and purcahse balance, along with the interest, they kept insisting that they couldn't give me the ammount.

Someone opened a credit card under my name and without me knowing. When I found out about it, I called JP Morgan Chase to set up auto-pay. I was told that the auto-pay was set up. Apparently it was not set up and cannot be set up over the phone (which I guess the customer representative did not know when she told me I was set up). I have had chase bank for a while now. Payroll checks go in via direct deposit. I’m a union worker, and at times I work for other company’s for a shutdown or a short period of time. Jan 2 I took a picture of my 1 check and deposited it. Jan 3rd I went to the branch and deposited the second check. I’m being told the first will be available on 1/13 and the second almost a week later. I have never bounced a check or anything of that sort. I have 3 kids and a responsibility to support them. Loan officer of the **** branch in ******* **********, Rene B******, informed me x3 that “******* *** had reported (me) in November of 2019 as “30 late on $39.00” which was not true. Late in the day, when I questioned him for the last time (while looking for myself on my own reports at home) I knew he was lying and I asked for an appointment to confirm his findings. I booked a flight home from Europe to the US through chase travel because I have their credit card. When I got the airport they had not paid for my flight and the airline would not let me on the plane (even though chase had charged me for the flight) I called chase to try and get it resolved they were not able to help me before the plane took off. A recent check deposited to my Chase account was arbitrarily put on hold with no reason given. The officer in the local branch could supply no explanation. Nor could the representative I called. The check was written from an account that I was able to verify cleared the check. Still, I was told I would have to wait 7 business days before I could access the funds. After years of banking with chase I get no help. Now I am not talking about what your contract says or does not say, I am purely speaking on your customer service. I deposit a check and no the ATM does not give me the option to take the check back or not it just says I will have my funds available on 12/25...it’s 12/16? I purchased a Subaru and was financed through the dealership for a loan with JP Morgan Chase. I put one star but wish I was able to put -10 I have been a loyal customer since I received my card. On Wednesday, December 11th I called Customer Service to inform them that I would be going to the mall to do my Christmas shopping to ensure that I would not have any issues.
