U.S. Soldier banned from going to Europe when COVID-19 travel ban came out. Lufthansa and Chase Rewards refuse to refund me ands say I can only use credit to fly on Lufthansa in next year. I will be deployed in that time frame. So, they ******* me over and I am out $600+ for those tickets.

My mortgage was bought by Chase. It's been over a year now, & I never, never had any issues with them. Everything went through without so much as a wrinkle. I am very, very satisfied with this company. Would recommend them to everyone.

Top notch customer service. I got behind on my credit card payment due to some personal and financial issues and when I called to have my account reviewed and rectify my delinquent account; the individual I spoke with not only offered me great solutions, but also expressed her concern for my personal loss and hardship. By far the best experience with a customer service representative in any capacity.

Do not bank with chase if you file a claim they will not investigate properly will close compliant without investing and you will be on your own to get your money back

Their customer service is very lacking. I have called 4 times in the past week and even gone into an actual branch twice to try an confirm a money transfer. Twice the person helping me and did not call back and the other two times they were not able to unlock my account due to "technical errors" and told me to call back the next day. This is unacceptable. As i sit on hold for the 5th time currently i have tallied up over 6 hours of being on hold this week alone. As an existing Chase mortgage customer, I am so disappointed with my recent refinancing experience with Chase. We completed our application on March 12th and provided all docs needed a week after. After a dozen back and forth, today, I was told that I am not qualified because the underwriting department made a mistake on calculating my assets. I have been calling their Fraud Phone Line 6 times now Since yesterday April 6 and today April 7th and every time I wait over 90 minutes then they hang up. They are not doing anything. They are not talking to their members. They are not providing any help. They are just taking phone calls and hanging up. I even get the wrong team even though I always press the button that corresponds to Fraud department, then the banker explains it was mis-routed so I have to wait another 90 minutes since they can only put you back in the qu... read more

I feel that it is VERY important to share positive news about a company I have been a customer with for a while. Of course I needed help with my April payment. Chase set up a toll free number that you can call, it's all automated and processes your request for a deferred payment. The system approved me for 3 months. Do you know how much that will help!? CHASE bank has put a hold on my account and no one can seem to tell me why... you ask you... because NO ONE ANSWERS THE **** PHONE! THIS HOLD IS CAUSING MY ACCOUNT TO GO NEGATIVE AND ON TOP OF THAT CHASE IS CHARGING ME NSF FEES!! My money is just sitting there and I am unable to use it!
