I had fraudulent activity associated with my debit card number, and Chase customer service made it an absolute nightmare; almost punishment, for someone across the country stealing my money. I expected Chase to help me with recovering money from a merchant. I trusted Chase with my account and not only did I get screwed, I got sass right along with. I originally filed a complaint with chase against my doctor who over charged me. I provided proof that my insurance paid the merchant and that I did my part with trying to contact the merchant in doing the right thing in providing me with my refund to avoid filing a dispute with chase. I’ve been with chase for 9 years and today they decided to cancel my acc with no notice or explanation. I’m okay with them closing out my acc but with no notice is ridiculous all of my money was tied into this bank which I can no longer access and will be sent in check form in 10 days! JPMorgan Chase Bank decided to close my credit card after only a few months of inactivity today despite the fact that my account has always been in perfect standing. I guess they don't like it when someone spends thousands on the card and then pays it all off quickly. Based on my conversation with a representative it would appear that they are only looking for irresponsible customers who run up debt and fail to make payments. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Chase Auto Finance is a horrible company with poor organization. They were debiting my account for my auto lease and when I turned in my lease, they continued to debit my account for over a year and a half. I didn't notice because I have about 4 accounts with them and I thought it was my credit card bill. Chase is the worst bank you could ever deal with! Although they do have some very positive employees at times. This bank is geared to make as much money from you as they possibly can. I have been with this bank for 25 years too long. They shut down my savings account without any notification at all, because they wanted to get of this type of interest paying account!
