Worst bank ever . My transaction never goes through and I have to call them every month to make my rent payment go through and end up paying late fees . They make up reasons to tell you why the transaction wont go through. Never recommend chase to anyone
Automatically deposited my check instead of confirming with me if I'm okay to wait 2 weeks for it to be available... won't do a stop pay, won't waive the fees I'll accrue for being over drafted. Absolutely no help at all, in person or on the phone.
I have had the worst experience with chase. I called to get my card renewed because it is going to expire this month and had not received my new card through the mail yet. I spoke to a representative and she told me that my new card would be sent with in 10 business days. I was said okay, cool. At no point did she tell me my current card was going to be cancelled. Warning Chase Bank will not help their customers. Chase Bank mortgage manager did not contact us with any updates. We always had to call to check on our closing process. However, finally when Chase closed on our refinance we were not notified for any creditors update pay offs. This is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I should have never deposited a large check with chase bank and went ahead with my initial judgment to give USAA my business. ********************* doesn't give a hoot about his customers and unsurprisingly his subordinates represent the same nonchalant attitude and carelessness. On Nov 29, 2021 I transferred by *** $5000 from my -good standing- Chase Checking account to my -good standing- CoinbasePRO account. The funds NEVER got to my account. I've been a customer for at least 6 years with both companies. **************** representatives lacks due diligence and the will to assist customers if resolution is inconvenient (other bank had long hold time) to them. Refused to get a manager when asked; he knew he had not properly tried to resolve my request.
I have been a customer for many years and they have been helpful , timely and keep my account secure they seem to very aware of my shopping habits and detect fraudulent charges right away thank you.
contacted chase to get a stop payment. I was met with a nice person that was being rude and would like to make me feel as though I did not know what I was talking about. Asked for a Supervisor and she was able to complete everything quickly but when getting off the phone she just hung up on purpose as I was telling her goodbye. Very very rude.
