I tried doing something via online thinking it's Chase, very trusting and secure. But I was wrong and have been on emotional distress. I sent a wire transfer through chase app and I have no idea how they allowed it to send to someone else. $3,000 is not something to be ok with losing I really need to have that money reimbursed. How could such mistake take place. They keep giving me time frames of wait 24 to 48 hours. They should have froze that account and reimbursed me it's fraud it's steeling.
Ive been with chase for over 20 years when they were bank 1. Now everything is out sourced overseas. Which isnt a complaint if they were competent. Then the staff that have in the states are rude and not helpful. Its unfortunate how terrible their customer service has become. Taking my business to a new bank.
Chase is the worst! They charge countless hidden fees and if you ask about them they'll tell you, "Too bad!". **************** is horrible. I can't believe the way they treat people.
Chase has terrible service. I have literally had NOTHING but problems since opening the account. Today was the last straw. I went to the branch and sent a wire at noon.Now at 8pm, I get an email saying wire delayed. A wire is supposed to be same day.Now I have to go again to the branch to get this resolved. Chase representatives are not equipped to handle customer service needs and they send you on a wild goose chase. NEVER NEVER BANK WITH THEM.

For months I've been getting nearly daily phone calls across three phone numbers and express mail deliveries for mortgage refinance offering that I have clearly expressed I am not interested in. After updating my privacy preferences and asking everyone telemarketer I speak with to remove me from do no call list repeatedly over the last 4-6 months I continue to receive calls.Today I have officially filed a complaint with ************************ and now BBB. accepted loan application monies and denied credit for insufficient reason
For many reasons I lock my debit card and there have been many times where the website or app is not available for me to unlock my card for use. There was a time I specifically asked th CSR agent if me doing this one stop payment would interfer with the other payment that needed to be processed. In short the csr causedme late fees and other issues that was outside of Chase policy to reimburse me for. The bank is not for every customer no matter how much money you circulate through the bank.
In August 2021 me and my fianc purchased a car. We used Chase as our financier, that turned out to be a mistake. We put down 7k financed the rest, by February 2022 we moved to a different state and fell behind on payments, car ended up repossessed. We took accountability for that and thats that. We called Chase and asked what we need to pay to get the car back. They said we had to pay the car off as a whole. So we managed to come up with the 12k and mailed a cashiers check to them.
