I have called at least a dozen people at that place and I have been assured that my car has been picked up, it will be picked up in... Chase Auto Finance customer service is in serious trouble. Agents have not been trained to do their jobs or maybe Chase hasn't been able to fill positions? The customer service agents are not even vaguely familiar with rules and regulations for automobiles in **** states or even Chase CMS systems, from what I could tell. This banking company, Chase, has held two of my paychecks now while my account is overdrawn. Not only does this put me in a situation where I can't buy essentials like food for at least a week, but it also causes them to continuously charge me overdraft fees even after I've deposited my check. Terrible. The ****** App took $566 from me. I filed a claim with Chase, and the reversed them 2 months, but now the reversed fee is back on my account. ****** charged me for a deposit, then when I tried to cancel it gave me ****** points, refund tried to book another room assuming the ****** points would go against *************** like they said. I agree with everyone that has complained about holding onto deposits for a very long time, and claiming it hasn't cleared the other bank. I called Monday and was told it takes a longer time to clear it because I used an ATM on the weekend to deposit it. I just called today (Thursday), and now they are saying that they aren't sure where the check is; they said they were not able to locate my check. I have had my account with Chase for 20 years and suddenly they closed my account with no notice! I had an issue with a check I deposited which ultimately cleared but they closed it anyway, it was someone else's check! My husband is disabled and lives in assisted living in another state and received his benefits in that account. What a can of worms and I did nothing wrong! The bank rep said Chase has the right to close any account for any reason. No reason was given!
Been dealing with Chase for a decade. About a month ago i get a message i need a code either by text or phone everyday. Called to find out why, nobody knew and transferred me to one **** to another.
