Covid19 or not this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been on hold collectively for going in 6 hours trying to get ahold of someone for over $1,000 of fraud on my card. The ONLY way of reporting fraud is by calling in, you can’t do it online or even at a branch. I am so excited to switch the **** ** *******after this.

Chase bought my mortgage from my previous lender about 10 years ago. Things have been pretty good with them. I have never, NEVER had a late payment beyond the grace period. I make extra payments to the principal just about every month. Well, they just sold my mortgage to another company. ****** ********* ********* (***) out of **** **** ****Utah. This company is crooked as can be. I feel like I have been gut punched after reading the reviews. After doing some research, the former owner was forced out by the Federal Trade Com... read more

Horrible experience since I got approved the card. 1st, did not get approved for the credit limit I wanted, I called Chase to let them know and the person I spoke to was extremely rude to me. I told him that I just wont use the card. I bet this guy must have locked my card because three month's later, I tried using the card, and my account was marked as fraud. I was unable to use the card. I called Chase to resolve the issue, but they told me someone would return my call after 24-48 hours, I never received a call back. I cal... read more

BLAMED THE VICTIM OF A PHONE CALL SCAM! On 2/21/2020, I was a victim of a phone call scam which I was forced to charge $7,300 on my Chase Credit Card. I reported the scam to Chase Bank the same day, which they removed the transactions from my balance and issued me a credit card account a few days later. HOWEVER, On 3/13/2020, I noticed the transactions were added back to the balance of my Chase credit card account. On 3/19/2020, I received a physical letter in the mail from Chase bank stating the outcome of the Fraud alert i... read more

Horrible bank. Do not ever bank with them. I open a new account while the one I had was in the negitive because of fraud and had a deposit go into new account and they would not let me get money out of new account and told me that both accounts were now deposit only. It was government money back from from my student loans and needed that money for rent and they said there was nothing they could do. I think it's wrong that they take money from a compleatly different account that was not linked to old account to start. They ha... read more

Chase is a horrible company. They refuse to refund me for travel for a cancellation due to COVID-19. 18 hour wait times on their customer service phone line? No email or online form option? What's the point of going somewhere if all the businesses and tourist attractions are shutdown? Um....public safety and social distancing!!! Chase is handling this situation incorrectly. They have lost a customer.

Doesn’t care about their customers. Charges incredible amounts of insufficient funds fees and does nothing to help you in times of national emergency with fees and overdraft. Customer service is rude.

I was at this branch this morning to make a cash deposit. The drive through ATM took the money and showed me an error that transaction can't be completed. They did not reverse the procedure and give me the cash back so I went inside the bank. I spoke to a Banker. She has been one of the worst and most unprofessional associates i ever had to deal with. I was extremely angry because I needed to pay my rent today for the new place I was moving into in 7 days. I had an appointment with my new apartment to go pay the rent. She te... read more

I contacted Chase today to determine what options they may have for their clients in light of the coronavirus pandemic. NOTE: I have contacted several other CC firms (both retail & banking), all of which have safety nets in place which included: waiving interest fees, waiving late fees, extending payment periods, etc. CHASE IN THE ONLY BANK UNWILLING TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE IN LIGHT OF THIS PANDEMIC. Based on all other negatives comments, I am not convinced that CHASE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE, BUT PROFITS AND MAKING MONEY... read more
