The best advice i can offer when dealing with CHASE Bank is to AVOID DOING ANYTHING YOU DON'T HAVE TO ONLINE. i made the mistake of opening a business checking account online not knowing so many things. I've had a Chase Bank account for several years. My account has never been involved in any type of fraud or anything of that nature. More than twenty times my transaction have been denied while attempting to use the atm, allegedly as a result of fraud. I have contacted chase about this matter on numerous occasions. I deposited a cashiers check via mobile deposit ( I know, not very smart) thinking the worse case was it would be help for a couple of days. Chase bank put a hold on the check for 9 days and froze both my checking and savings account. I took the cashiers check in showing them it wasnt fraudulent and that they have froze all of my personal accounts not just the deposit. The *****************-Chase company credit card for ********* Rewards is terrible credit card and when you talk to customer service they have no compassion to resolving any issues I was approved and the Closed my account before even activating my chase card. Received request for an account verification form or for activity on my account to prevent funds from being sent to the state. Form faxed as per instructions - fortunately I called to verify it had been received, only to be told that I had to visit a bank and bring the form. If I hadnt called - then I would have lost my funds. I also am unable to deposit or make a withdrawal to have activity on my account. I will be closing my account when I bring my form to a branch. Terrible and misleading communication.
I am JP CHASE ****** customer since 2018 and ************************** a home back in October 2018. In 2021, I filed a mortgage assistance with CHASE and faxed over all the pertinent information to them. Bait and switch credit card offers. They send you an invitation number for a specific credit card offer which you apply with but they sign you up for something else (in their favor) then wont honor the offer. Buyer beware!
Worst auto loan we ever took. Charged the car off, then they repossessed it and got paid from us too. They closed account at the end of year and collected on their taxes, without telling us they were closing it. Then two years later, repossessed the car and then got paid from us. Instead of writing paid in full on credit report, they wrote charge off. So guess what my credit looks like now! I had to take a car loan with a very high interest rate because of chase.
