Do not use this bank After almost 20 years I went to make a deposit and was NOT allowed to call number. After 30 minutes waiting on hold a specialists go back on the phone and said do to chase bank my account is closed and I will receive a cashier check for the balance and can’t open another account with Chase. Stay away from this bank. Do Not Bank with this bank.

Day after Christmas, Chase allowed someone to take 30k out of my savings account in person at an out of state Chase branch. BEWARE OF THIS BANK. THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!! Was denied access to my funds in my account via my debit card. Was told over the phone "We have every right to close out your account for no reason...…you signed the contract." This is a quote from an actual representative on the phone when I inquired as to why I can't access my account and my funds in my account. I will never do business with Chase again after I feel they deliberately ******* me with unnecessary fees by manipulating my minimum payment, combined with a cryptic and overlapping payment schedule. I have had a Chase credit card for 20 years, and as long as I can remember I had a minimum payment of $25 every month, unless my balance was less. I give a second star for the loan processor and local banker as they have been very nice in this process. Application for a home equity line of credit was begun November 6, 2019. It is now January 28, 2020 and we are into the 13th week of loan approval that originally was to take 6 weeks. I would give zero stars if I could. My personal information (name, home address, phone number, card info) was stolen by a scam company, ***** **** **** *****. A quick ****** search shows that this company steals from people and never gives refunds. I filed a claim with Chase on the basis that this was a fraudulent charge. I opened an account with Chase and a week or two later they said they decided to end the relationship with me and my account. I only made three transactions on the account during that time span including transferring $100 to my mother in law’s chase account to help with her bills. I feel as thought they profiled and targeted my account for no apparent reason. I spoke with someone at Chase regarding my past review. (I have no clue how to update my previous review.) Chase Bank has closed my account. I spoke to them due to this because they did not let me know at all that they were closing my account. I am beyond ******off!!!!! I opened up a checking account with a teller at a branch. I specifically asked her if I will have any issues cashing a third party check from my dad. She told me it would be fine and I have nothing to worry about. I cashed the check and received a little piece of paper saying the funds would be available in 14 days which is ridiculous but I did not complain.
