Chase will hold your money indefinitely if you deposit a check from a company that you never did business with before. **************** is the most unprofessional, unkind and hard to understand since most of them are in a different country.

I gave them a 1 because they dont deserve a 5! They are uncaring! I have been with chase for 4 years and all of a sudden they closed 2 accounts with me and my mom! About a year or 2 years ago, I sent $4,000 to someone who I thought was my husband, and he wasnt! I was scammed by this person who was in *****! Chase did not do anything about it and allowed this person to take it from me! They did not investigate anything about it! I cant believe how horrible and wrong they have done to me and my mom!

Chase has been the holder of my mortgage since 2006. Ive been paying my own real estate taxes for approximately 8 years. I do not escrow my real estate taxes, but do escrow for home owner's insurance. I have never missed or been late with a mortgage payment or a real estate tax payment. I pay my mortgage through direct withdrawal from my checking account. My credit history is stellar. Chase Bank has truly terrible customer support procedures, specifically on the fraud protection line. Over the last day, I have been on hold or waiting for a callback for over 4 hours, all just to get back into my account after Chase flagged it for a transaction I did in fact make. First issue: - Last night I called ************ at 7:30pm EST and waited for 2 hours on hold. I am a dissatisfied customer I've been with this bank for 14 years and they were unsuccessful to meeting my needs. I deposit a check into the *** the funds did not become available. They now have to issue me a legal check they were unable to provide a reference number there's been inconsistency and loopholes in their story. I paid off my Auto Loan, the Bank lost the there are taken from my Bank account and now there are sending me permanent letters it will affect my credit history if I do not provide payment. I faxed to Chase the proof of payment (check and received from Bank Branch) and after 4 calls nothing is solved so far. Been a customer for 17 years and I have one false charge claim and they refused to refund my money. Isn't your bank supposed to be on your side and help you out when there is a false charge? I'm literally defeated.

Company and subsidiaries have been nonresponsive and disinterested in my problem. If BBB cannot resolve it I guess we are headed for court!.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. I have to leave 1 star in order to leave a review. I have been a chase bank customer for at least 4 years now. Never had a problem before. I deposited a payroll check instead of the direct deposit taking place due to our company being bought out by someone else it's a new bank new name. The bank put a 2 week hold on my payroll check and refuse to release any of it. This is unacceptable! I have to survive off my paycheck that's what it's for!!
