Last week I spoke to one customer rep over the phone and another person in the fraud department to confirm a transfer of funds from my account to an external. Each call was about 1.5+ hour long partly due to wait times. The person in the fraud department confirmed that everything looked good and that the transfer would be completed by Monday. Here it is on Monday and the money didn't transfer (it's still in my Chase account) despite it saying in my Transfer Schedule that it's supposed to have transferred today. Frustrating. ... read more

I was approved by Chase Auto for an auto loan 7 months ago. For the last 7 months, I have made my monthly payments on time utilizing their website without any issues. Each month when I would login to make the payment I would be asked to verify my identity because the device I was using was not recognized even though it is the same computer I have been using to make my monthly payments for the last 7 months. BBB needs a 0 score for these people!!! I purchase a new vehicle and financed through CHASE AUTO. I sold the vehicle through a dealer a few months later. I used their website to get a payoff amount on December 2, 2021. The payoff was guaranteed. The dealership sent a payoff in full on December 7th. I inquired with the dealership each week until on December 28th, I called Chase financial. Well I just needed to skip a couple pymts for Dec and Jan only because Ive been on disability because of surgery on my shoulder I did everything the redemption person told me to do I had a local chase bank fax the paperwork and I returned the paperwork by mail never received a statement for Dec was thinking everything was good to go. Absolutely HORRIBLE to deal with! As a business owner I was using them for the payment portal on our website and setup was **** and the run around from them took over a month to get the payment portal set up. But wait, it gets better... also had continuous issues with trying to process payments in the web portal. They ended up setting up a hosted checkout and an ******* account. Spent an hour on the phone via various Chase phone numbers to secure a code as Chase no longer recognized my computer.While reaching automated account information, I was never given the option of speaking with someone in **************** regardless of trying to do so via all available options. This company relies on scams. They lured me in with the ****** ***** ***** ****, which is actually a pretty good card if you use ****** a lot, then got me to open up a checking account after they said they would give me $225 if I enabled direct deposit which never happened. Now, they reveal they have been charging me 12 dollars a month to keep that account open as I don't have more than $5000 in it. A complete and total sham and should be avoided by anyone who doesn't have time or money to hire a lawyer to read their sign-up... read more

I was at the chase bank on *************************************************. Absolutely the worse way you can treat a human being requesting service. I was coming in to open and business and personal account but wasnt able too.

They refused to return the amount back to my account after I cancelled the order. I emailed them many times with proof of cancellation. They charged me twice. They told me to call the claim department but they have no right. I told them many times that I have a full time job and I works five day per week. I prefer emails only, they didnt respect that.
