Chase Auto Finance (has told me) they received the documentation for my car's title transfer over a year ago. In the process between switching from a lease to a loan, they've lost track of the title. They've told me that they no longer know if the title is with leasing or loan. They've told me that the documents are with the California ***, but the *** is backlogged due to Covid. I have been a Chase customer for I believe 10+ years now and they have been completely worthless when it comes to customer service. Currently I'm ~3+ months in dealing with a dispute and over 2 weeks since last "We're sorry it's taking long to response" secure message from them.There seems to be almost nothing to do as a customer to resolve anything. I went into Chase Bank **************, ** location on 11/10/2021 around or close to 11:10am central time to deposit my convenience check pursuant ** *** *****************When I walked in I was greeted by ***************************. I am simply disgusted with Chase Bank and I've had all my business through them for many years. In October of 2021 I paid off my auto loan with them and come November they still took $679 from my checking account. When I called them, they stated that the automatic withdrawal had not been shutoff! Can you believe that? They unlawfully took money from my checking account to pay on an auto account that was CLOSED and Paid Off already! I closed on my new house on September 24th with a first payment due on November 1st. I made the first payment to my original mortgage company, Better Mortgage, on October 25th, 7 days early. The mortgage was then sold to Chase Bank effective November 1st. I immediately set up autopay with Chase for the future payments after seeing it attach to my existing Chase account.
