As a small business customer where every dollar matters, they decide to hold your deposits without even one notification. Not only have they done this once, but they've done it two times now. The first time I called and asked how come my charges haven't been deposited, and they told me they're reviewing my charges for abnormalities. Check back in 48 hours. One time occurrence, fine. I reluctantly deposited a check in the *** which failed to warn me that there would be a 7 day hold on it until it was too late to cancel my transaction. When I called to request a release on this hold, some of the employees were rude and abusive with their authority (too much to explain in one review). They kept me on hold for hours and when I called back to see if they were even open I was greeted by a disgruntled employee who spoke to me with a disrespectful tone. I think this is a very dishonest company they have done me very wrong and I have tried to contact them and they said it is not their problem. They changed my address to a PO box without me asking or me giving them my permission. Now I have an outstanding debt with them that I was unaware of they have always sent me a **** to my address. but when they changed my address I filled on the back of the payment form to change it back to my street address. well that never happened and after one year the post office stops forwarding ... read more

Chase the worst bank in the world ... Please Don't have a bank account with the chase ... Ordinary people to the chase don't give a **** if their account hacked or not ... They just waste you time with the excuse that if they're investigating and they don't even do **** don't ignore this because at some point it will happen to you and then it will be too late. Chase wasn't able to help me with a scam transaction because I reported it a month too late. The money was taken in June and I reported it in August. After I tried to report it, someone said to report it in 30 days. I heard someone else say you have 60 days. Either way Chase couldn't help me. Disappointing, not sure if all banks are the same but wish there was something better. Even though Chase service is readily available it's just ok... Average.

I have tried to redeem my points with this company and their credit card. They say they are not redeeming points now due to covid. When my mother tried, they said the system is down.

I have had my business account and personal account grained buy a scam artist on the phone after getting on Chase mobile app I was instructed to pay my electric **** and kept getting the amounts canceled so have to redo it eventually drained my bank accounts all of this while on The Chase mobile app through a sponsored service called zelle after realizing this I tried to get the bank to stop them I was told that it's instantaneous and there is no protection whatsoever from Chase in this matter so I feel Chase took my money b... read more

We had banked with Chase for almost 9 years without any issues, my husband being paid through the ********** of ******** for the military and the same day job for the duration of that time. On 10/25/2021 he was paid for being away for training and that check triggered Chases fraud detection.
