Hello,I had my card canceled for fraud activity the other day.Chase refuses to provide me with the temporary card info until the physical one arrives for apple pay.I'm unable to make purchases during the holidays.I will cancel my account with them in January.
The investment department transferred our IRAs in, but we've been trying to transfer them back out for months and so far they have not figured out how to do this simple transaction. Feels like they think it's theirs they are so incredibly uncooperative.
If I could give JPMorganChase a zero star review, I would. I purchased a new 2021 Range Rover earlier in 2021. When you have a credit on your account (mine was over a thousand dollars) they tell you they will send you an email so they can refund it to your checking account. However they also tell you that you may never get that email and if you don't they will send you a paper check in **** days so they are actually making interest on your account which they keep till it is refunded. The Chase bank manager on ********************************************* is a disgusting human being. He accused me of fraud after he racially profiled me then called the police on me. I guess black people aren't supposed to have large sums of money. The manager froze my accounts because I was rude to him after he accused me of fraud and I had to call customer service to help access the funds I have.
Back in May 2021, I applied for a mortgage loan at ******************. I have a superv credit score and I provided all the documentation a normal mortgage loan requires from day one. Based on that, they prequalified my application, however the whole experience turned out into a nightmare and they ended up rejecting my loan. I have had accounts with JPMorgan Chase for more than 15 years. They are floating more than $20,000 for 10 days. The deposited check has cleared, but because they claim the check was deposited from Northern Trust, a "non-reciprocating bank," they placed a hold on the deposit and will not lift it.Chase is floating my money and has inconvenienced me tremendously.I highly recommend banking elsewhere.

I opened a Marriot Bonvoy credit card, issued by Chase in September 2021. The account was abruptly closed by Chase in November 2021, without notice or warning. My first indication there was an issue was that my card was declined when presented for a Marriott stay. I then noticed the account reflected as closed when I logged onto my Chase account online.
