I am a victim of an elaborate scam. Chase didnt help. The scammer wanted to rent one of the rooms from me. She claimed she is the medical student doing clinical rotation in isolated area in Guam. I told her I will not rent one of the rooms till I meet her in person. She has to do criminal background check and show proper identifications.She agreed. I was a victim of identity theft and somebody is 10 states away from where I was located spent nearly $200 somehow using my debit card. I was told by the customer service representative at ******************** Bank that the funds would be back in my account within 12 hours. Three days later I am being told that it may be 3-5 more business days before I see my money!!!! Handle your security of my finances!!!!!!

The treatment I and my wife have received from Chase Bank has been desiccant and we were treated like garbage. I've been with Chase since **** and I'm sorry I didn't change banks before. I was a victim of fraud in my savings account and more than 7 fraudulent transactions were made in three days and I did not receive any communication of irregularity in my account. I was told that after initiating a transfer to accounts it would be instant. 2 hours later there is no transfer that has taken place. They told me they needed to verify my identity which I did (because I was on the phone with them at the time) and then was told I cant access my business money until tomorrow after a technician shows up? Why I wasn't informed of that before I don't know but the delay ensures late fees from my sub contractors for no reason and I don't even have a valid explanation to give them. Chase did not refund my claim which is someone took my $2800 from my account. I do not mind if police can involved to investigate. You can not send a letter said no further action on something you did not have evidence that is my withdraw. whole salary of someone. How can customer feel safe to use your service.

Can a real human being please pick up the phone at chase. Its been 4 days and I cant get a hold of there fraud department on the phone. Why do you have a number if no one can pick the phone? The most useless bank I have ever had to deal with chase. I feel they have gone ?? online but no real human being work at this sorry excuse for a bank. Pathetic

I thought i was the only one going through it with chase bank. Boy oh boy you guys are the worst!At the branch near my home they do not care about their customers. Then on the phone waiting for 1.5 hours, dealing with a rude rep ****** is her name), she did not care to hear what i had to say.Back and forth with chase cause they blocked my account twice in one day..That led me to closing my savings account with them!I kept this short!
