Wish I could give them ZERO. Been a customer since **** and this Money Suckers, charge us draft fee when COVID hit us! I will be closing all my accounts with them.

It's a shame they don't have a "zero" stars because that's what Chase deserves for their customer service. They locked me out of my business account on a Thursday. After spending 40 minutes with their "customer support specialist" they fixed the problem after 4 transfers. Friday, same thing, locked out! Go to a branch, 45 minutes away, that said they could fix. After 45 minutes at the branch, same deal, not fixed. Go home, frustrated, try again with phone customer service. After 30 minutes, finally get somebody to help. He n... read more

Very bad experience I go to the Chase Bank very often in multiple cities this particular day at this one particular Branch I was trying to take some money out the branch I asked the bank teller inside to count the money in the money counter she proceeded to get upset she called over the branch manager he was explaining to me that he couldn't do it just take the money and get out of here he proceeded to call me after business hours and harass me about what I did in the bank was my fault the way they treated me I deserved it I... read more

I applied for a chase credit card online and there was a typo in my application. My social security was off by 1 digit (my fault). Chase went ahead and ran my credit by using my name and address but never reached out to be via phone to let me know they suspected a fraudulent attempt to open a credit card in my name was made. I waited several week and since I social security number was incorrect I could not get a status on my correct social when I called in. After 5 years banking with Chase, I had enough of all the fees and poor customer service. When you need help, they will tell you to call the 800 number on the back of the card.. I was dealing with Fraudulent Charges for the last 4 days and no one could help me. I guess due to "Covid" we will just lower expectations. Over an hour wait to talk with the fraud department? Makes sense.... I will never bank with Chase again. The service and helpfulness is laughable.

My account was closed, I thought the automatic payments would continue but the didnt. I was charged a late fee if $***** and that is taken off the overall balance. Then I was charged interest on top of my interest. my Payment was $138.00 now they say I owe $202.00. I asked why, I have not used the card in 3 months and you adjusted the fee off then where is the balance coming from. I asked to speak to a manager not a supervisor. I would give them a minus if I could. I gave my grandchildren each a check. ******** and US bank posted the money the day after it was deposited and withdrew it from my account. Chase on the other had will not post the money until the 20th. Ten days after it was deposited. In this day and time that is ridiculous! My granddaughter sat on hold for 54 minutes attempting to speak to someone about it. Never got a live person. If I could give 0 stars I would. I lease a car through ***************** Chase. My registration expired and because it is a lease they are listed as the owners so everything including property taxes go to them. I paid my excise taxes in 3/2021 and 6/2021 when I received them from Chase. My registration was not being renewed and it said because of unpaid property taxes. We have been with Chase Bank for more than 10 years and always had a very positive experience with them until we received a check for $ **** on December 1, 2021 which we deposited on the same day. It showed as pending. On December 2, 2021 it cleared the bank because it did not show as pending any longer. We then used the funds to pay an invoice for around $ 800 The next day, on December 3, 2021, the bank reversed the deposit and debited our account with the original deposit amount and a $ 12 fee.
