Chase closed BOTH my Freedom credit cards on April 14th because they didnt like my conduct. Now they stole my bonus points Ive worked hard to earn. They are a dirty company run by a bunch of uneducated employees who dont do anything, and their website doesnt work properly. Their tech support doesnt even know how to fix Chases website. Horrible customer service. I called about an issue with my leased car being returned late due to moving away from *** to *********** attempted to return the car before the lease was up because I was diagnosed with cancer and was no longer able to work. Since January of this year, Chase Banking has lost 800$ of my money and cannot tell me what happened. Nor do they care. On top of this every time I deposit a check (regardless of how many times Ive deposited checks from the same account) they hold my money hostage for nine days. Chase lost my first auto loan pay-off check and requested I send a second pay-off check. After the check was cashed, it was over 3 weeks before it posted to my account. I was charged interest for the entire time. **************** Manager stated ******************** is short staffed due to the pandemic. Why should the customer be responsible for interest due to the bank's issues? Over 2-months and countless hours with customer service to close account.
FYI - ATM Malfunction - Unseasoned Employees/Delays Recently, I used the Chase **** I deposited a check first, and then I made a cash withdrawal. The cash door never opened. I received my receipt that read, "We can't give cash right now. Please call us at *************." I then went inside the bank and explained to the tellers that I did not receive the cash.
