Horrible banking practices. I call myself going through my chase bank account over the weekend instead of my credit union account, due to the atm access and ability to deposit a check immediately. Boy was I wrong, so I deposited my check and instead of them warning you they're going to put a hold on your check and ask if you want to continue, what does Chase do? Take your check then tell you its on hold. Can get it back, wait almost 2 days to call since they're not open on weekends, for them to tell me I have to wait longer ... read more

Worst bank of all time! The only reason this bank has any business is because they are a large name but don't confuse brand recognition for quality! On June 2nd my husband deposited a large sum check into an ATM, this should of course been deposited with a bank teller which he now recognizes. Despite this fact, Chase made no attempt to let my husband or myself as the account holder know that they were going to RESTRICT my account and place it with a senior manager. What does this mean?! So. If you. Happen to lose your phone or it breaks. And. You go to use debit card and chase has you locked out for your protection. You can forget about it. You are. Bent over with no grease. It is insane. First of all that I am a grown capable woman of controlling and taking care of my own money. But I live in society where. It doesn't function unless you got a debit card. Ive been banking with Chase for a very long time recently my bank account was hacked not only did they not notify me They are explaining that its going to take time for them to reimburse me with my own money terrible terrible customer service no one wants to work their investigation department seems not to even be a department I highly suggest no one banks with them dont trust them with your money

The worst. Lost my title and can't put my car on the road. Waiting 6 month's now. The stress and expense has been very bad. They should be responsible for something. And why does it take a bank this long to get a title.

We are a small, local, veteran-owned business in the service sector. A few years ago Chase offered us an "ink" business **** card account, which we accepted with a $10,000 limit. During the ***** pandemic, Chase unilaterally reduced our credit limit all the way down to $700. Chase didn't provide us with any specific reason for slashing our credit line down to nearly nothing. On October 1, 2021 around 8:01am, I received a text message stating it was Chase fraud alert and to reply if I was attempting to send a ***** payment. Before I could reply to the text, I received a phone call phone a 800 number similar to Chase Bank. During the phone call the guy stated that he was a chase fraud agent and he wanted to know if I was attempting to send someone (unknown to me) $1000 through *****. I said I was not. I have been banking with Chase for some time and have largely never had any problems with them that couldn't be resolved in a somewhat timely manner. This time however. they are completely unable and unwilling to help. I lost a debit card I had with them and needed to get it replaced. When I logged into their service to have it replaced, none of their services were working to have a new one sent.
