I started my 60 (business) day refi with Chase in February, fast forward to April and 2 days before closing, the loan gets denied. It gets denied for the same issue I brought up to my loan officer in the beginning of the process to make sure there was not going to be an issue & before I had to pay the non-refundable $500 application fee. I was told both parties spoke (Chase & 2nd Lien Holder), and everything was fine. That is when I paid the $500 fee to move forward with the loan. I financed a vehicle that I bought from a dealer in ******* and I live in *****. I have been unable to to get it registered because I cant get title information. I was told on May 4 and May 5 that they would send me the title. I even provided my ***** number to expedite it. They told me that they had it and would send it. When I never received a response or title I called again yesterday May 11 and was told that they had never received it from the state of Arizona. JPMorgan Chase bank wanted to charge a college student a ***** fee to cash a check, The reason was that he did not have an account with Chase (a previous customer). The check was issued by VW National, customer of ***************** ********************. Funds could easily be verified as it was their own customer. The check does not say that if you are not an account holder with Chase that you will be charged to cash a check written out from a customer of ********************. The customer service at ******************** is terrible. Hate the new design. No tellers. When you walk in no one helps because everybody is with a customer at their desk. Went in 11:00 on a Wednesday to have one sheet of paper notarized and the best I could do would be a 2:30 appointment. Asked if another bank was available they said 3:00 and another Chase. I tried to do a ***** transaction and it was blocked. Next I called and went through several questions and they said that it was clear for the transaction . I tried again 2 more times and it did not work so I went to my branch and there was no manager on site to assist me. Next , I called the automated system again and they had no idea that I had called before and that it was cleared so they wanted me to do it all over again . The service was poor and I am looking for a new bank !

they advertise in the card stating there 5% cash back on travel purchase, it was big amount purchase and at end of the statement they only provide 1% cash back , cheaters and fake promotion be carefull

Awful. All of my other ***** let me change my last name without going into a location. They have no other options except mail and I never got the forms they sent. I have a checking account with a debit card attached and no card attached to my savings. I transferred an exact amount from savings and tried to make a purchase for concert tickets, I had to wait 30+ minutes for seats to be available only to be kicked out because Chase declined it AFTER I responded to them confirming it is a valid charge.
