I received a check from a family member to help pay for a funeral on 9/08/21. I paid for the funeral the next day but the check bounced. There was a fraud alert placed on my account. I cleared up the negative balance but a fraud alert was still on my account. I have tried every day to clear up the matter, I'm constantly placed on hold and sent to numerous departments. I haveve a loyal customer from ******************** I got my credit card back in 2016 or 2017 and never missed any of my payment and really active when it comes to use it. I have the freedom unlimited I live it but seems than I havent had a line increase on it so I decided to call chase customers service to ask or going about to do that and the respond I got unfortunately we cant increase it, did even try to make the customers a lease satisfy about it. I would not recommend this bank to anyone they close my account out because of Frozen check was put into it and they never gave me my money that I already had in that bank account which was $588 and they would not let me take my money out said they would mail me a check as of today I did not have gotten a check from them it's like they're holding my money hostage

I opened a business account at Chase and it was the worse experience. As a new business owner the personal banker who openend my account lack customer service skills. He was rushed and did not give me info regarding merchant services. I called the customer service number and was tranferred to an automated system. I'm very diappointed with the lack of service provided. There's no direction. I'm going to close the account and bring my business elsewhere. Ive had chase for many years and never had an issue until they decided one day to put a hold on my check( that I always deposit every Friday) on the first of the month for two weeks. Preventing me from paying my rent. I contacted customer service multiple times and was transferred and no one picked up. I waited on the phone for 2 hours. Called back to complain and was then transferred AGAIN! Still it has not been resolved.

Signed up for an account was told that I can open one due to an account that I had for one day that was closed for no reason. When I called there was no answer for the closure and now that I need it 3 years later no explanation and still can open one. I am a military veteran and they have great account options and would help for my business due to there branches being closest to where I buy stuff. I would like an explanation. I have good credit as well.

I am extremely disappointed in Chase bank. I was inpatient in the hospital for several weeks where my credit card was stolen. Orders made weekly from ******** and ********* totally thousands. I did a conference call with ********* (with Chase) to determine that I was NOT the account holder on the orders, seems simple. I received no response outside of a letter denying the claims. Do not ever refinance with chase. Their offers are misleading and they tell you whatever they need to tell you to get you to pay a good faith deposit to lock in your rate and after that youre just another number. I started a refinance process in May which I was told would be completed in about ***** days. Im still in the process and I am no closer to closing than when I started. *** * Having a Chase savings & checking accounts , I opened a **** pay account & listed & scheduled property tax quarterly payments. With no prior notice or warning Chase started rejecting some of the *************************** began getting late penalty fees added to the non payments.
