Horrible experience. I’ve been a lifelong loyal customer. Requested CLI and got hung up on. When I called back I had already had a hard inquiry and been denied. No option for reconsideration treated very rudely and as if I was begging for something.

Recently I submitted a negative review of Chase, based on several complaints I voiced about the website and telephone customer service associates. A representative of Chase's executive office called me tonight to tell me the bank had looked into these matters. It remains to be seen whether Chase will do anything to actually improve the personnel, operations, and website issues I raised in my review, but I do give the bank points for follow-up.

Chase charged me three NSF fees for their bank error! On 4/23/18 I went to the ATM and checked online my balance. It said a certain amount, so I deposited enough money to cover the balance. I wake up this morning and I received THREE NSF fees. Saying that the bank does not know when charges are going to hit my account! SO why in the heck are you holding my money? I applied for the Rapid Rewards Southwest card provided by Chase. Upon applying I was instantly approved and was told to call for my temporary account information to use one time to make a purchase at Southwest.com After 45 minutes on the phone and being passed from Jessica, to Joshua, to Ricardo B***** (floor manager) I was given 3 different answers (none of which coincided with what the others said) and no resolution was available. Deposited a check from PNC bank and Chase decided to put it on hold for over a week. They told me that their system cant clear a regular check for $3700. and I have to wait until PNC gives the conformation that they have cleared the check. I have never had this problem with any other check. Also the fees are crazy high.

Horrible bank to bank with. I had an account that was jeopardize, had two accounts with them. They helped me close the one account and managed to help me get everything situated. I opened a new account but kept the 2nd checking account open, I keep limited in funds in there due to my card and my other account being jeopardize. I constantly check my accounts to make sure nothing falls negative. I WOULD FIRST LIKE TO SAY I WAS 15 YEARS OLD WHEN I FIRST OPENED MY ACCOUNT WITH WASHINGTON MUTUAL WHICH IS NOW JP MORGAN CHASE . IM NOW 33 YEARS OLD. IVE BEEN NOTHING BUT A GREAT CUSTOMER TO THEM. I had open a online savings account with Chase Bank, for some reason they receive a information about a consumer and they just CLOSED my account without not even talk with me, and block all my access online as well. For me this was just unbelievable, i had money deposit there already and they not even considered to give me a call before close my account. Terrible costumer services. Im very disappointed with this bank.

A few years back, both my mother and I had accounts with Chase. During this period, Chase was an excellent banking institute based on my experiences at the time. This was a little before and after 2014. After my mom's passing, her Chase account was closed out obviously, and at the time I was moving to a location where there was no branch available.
