I am writing to discuss my recent extreme displeasure and disappointment in the handling of a Chase fraud claim. I have been a loyal Chase customer for 8 years. I have a mortgage and also at one time had a credit card with Chase. I have been a good customer that has never had any issues. My debit card was stolen sometime before Sunday, January 14th. Horrible. less than 1 star. steer clear, closed my account with $1.75 balance November 21st. here we are January 21st with no refund check. every month I call and get a different answer. They must have a team that tries to keep small amounts and they are good at that. these big chains are worthless. use a smaller local bank

I have checking account with Chase. Chase is exccessing charging fees $34 x7 ($238) On from Nov 20, 2017 - Nov 28, 2017. And others time as well. Because Chase manipulate all smaller dollars ($11 first then higher dollar transactions so on) transactions first. And then withheld recorded as the next business day (it should instant tranfer ) my transfered funds from others accounts to covered insufficient funds. So they could issue $34 each transaction start with $11 transaction. I have proof for it.

Got into an argument with a Chase branch manager over the phone and had my bank account closed abruptly without any notification. I was a customer for 15 years. I call customer service, no answers as to why the account was closed. They kept repeating the fact that they had the right to close the account at anytime for any reasons as is written on the contract ---the branch manager threatened to close the account the day we spoke on the phone, he actually went through with it on the next business day. after 30+ years with Chase Bank, I can say after this whole car accident ordeal I WILL NEVER BANK WITH CHASE AGAIN! My car was deemed totaled on 11/22 and insurance and chase agreed on payoff. However they never sent the title to my insurance comp and I was told we called the wrong department so nobody forwarded it. Here it is December 27th and Chase hasn’t received the check, told me it was sent to the mortgage department ?? and they can’t call there 10 day pay off expires tomorrow for the second time , pay off goes up and ... read more

Yes, some people might say when you do as much business as Chase it is understandable to have an F rating. Well let me verify it for you, my rating - FFF. I am a CHASE Saphire card member, GET AN **** INSTEAD, my story is as follows. Im not the only victim @Chase I am a extremely loyal customer to chase bank. Getting complete Screw@by chase, and they do not seem to care. Banking with them for more then 18 years. Personal checking accounts, Personal Credit cards, Business banking, business credit cards, and paid car loans. Arrived at 1pm today, one hour before closing. We waited for 15 min and then were told that they did not have time to help us, the only solution was for us to drive to another branch. Needless to say, Chase has lost our business

I was offered a 60,000 mile + $100 statement credit with Chase/United on October 20 and applied for it that day. I still have the email with the ad/offer in it. I received the credit card and a $95 annual fee, but have since been denied the $100 statement credit, with Chase/United saying the offer never existed.
