Chase abruptly decreased my business credit card line significantly and for no apparent reason. My business had never been late to pay on this account or any other account for that matter. 54 years of perfect credit was destroyed by Chase for simply being a great and loyal customer. ******************** did not contact me to get updated financial information such as income, they just cut the line. Experience #1 In 2019 I financed a home with my daughter that ended up with Chase bank after we closed. We were excellent candidates but elected not to put as much money down as we could have and had a high interest rate of 4/25. Two years later we said ok. Ive had the upmost disrespect from this bank. I got a credit card through them and its been nothing but drama since day one. This company isnt good to their customers and I think they are advantage in the banking world. They are what we say not going to make it with what they are doing. They are trying to say that I didnt pay off the cash advance I did but I did pay it off and I have proof that I did.

I switched to chase from **** ** ******* years ago. I've been pretty happy with chase but last month something concerning happened. My family has been struggling a bit with only 1 steady income since covid happened and somehow our joint acct. overdrafted. I didn't get an alert which was odd and the only reason I knew was because I check purchases a couple times a week. If I could I wouldn't give ********* no stars. I go in the bank to set up account for my teen the bank teller tells me it will be 5 minutes be for the banker will see us we have seat here for 15 minutes already. The the teller tells the banker oh I forgot to tell you a business account is coming back they left to get something. so think the teller tells me oh sorry I didn't know about this account, we can't open a account for you today. I've filed Multiple claims with Chase and ALL of them got reverse and were against me. Just like ***** *****, Chase lets the people who screws people for there money and goes against the ones who file the claim. I've lost well over $8,000.00 with ***** ***** and about the same amount with Chase. I'm seriously thinking on either closing my account with them or file a lawsuit against them.

I refinanced my vehicle and received a letter from chase stating I would due refund on ************* since my vehicle was paid off. I was told to contact dealership. After getting the run around from dealership for 3 months I was told they sent chase my refund check of $400. Chase never sent me the check and claims it applied or included in payoff. I ask for proof and received a balance that appears check applied after my payoff and had a credit balance then it was zero out. It looks like they kept my refunds

I wish I could just give a zero. Chase auto finance is the worst to finance your auto with. Besides that fact that I gave my new bank information and confirmed it yet they went ahead and charged my old one. Once I escalated it either they *********************** didnt understand the issue or was just didnt care. Can careless about the overdraft fee but my credit gets affected due to their incompetence.

almost ready to take my money out of chase. they wouldn't let me make mundane purchases like they would actively put a temporary hold on my card every time I would make again regular withdrawals such as using my card at ************ and using any ATM. I had to call them like 4 different times and have 4 conversations about how they can help me and at the end of the day I still don't have access to my account because they keep putting temporary holds on card but they still are willing to take large percentages out of the sums... read more
