Do NOT use this bank for any financial services. They are racist!They would NOT cash a check that is from an insurance company that is drawn on their (Chase) bank. The insurance company stated their are NO holds, stops or reasons why this check should not be cashed. The check was confirmed as valid. I went to two different Chase branches and neither would cash the check, a branch manager even told me that I could not open account there. It's not like, he attempted to open an account. I have had the worst experience ever w/ Chase CS. I was mistreated so badly that I resorted to contacting you. 2nd call hung up on by a mgr.. 4th call, supervisor just didn't talk for 20 minutes and waited for me to hang up. I will contact every ************ bc I was I was denied my banking rights

Chase online banking is not helpful at all after 30min hold, the person still can't access my online payment history. He just transferred to someone else and indefinite hold..

My account was hacked, I called customer service, got passed to 5 different people, retold my information 2x, and then eas told go my local chase bank. Go local chase bank explain my situation, was told that they couldn't help me. There was no " banker" to help my needs. Go to another chase . Go to another one 5 miles away and was told need make appointment week in advance and no banker available. So I'm without my $, and someone has my account number. Never will go to ********************** again

Owned a Ink Unlimited Business credit card and guess what, after all you spent much money and pay their interest, they unlikely to help you, me over pandemic, They simply don't care, Fine. Thanks god. I have expanded my business even better after pandemic. I open 2 more store business in 2022 and I will get off, away when, where i see who associate with J.P Chase and themselves.

Their disclosure statement for a credit increase was misleading, they said I could add my income and any other income. Then she proceeded to ask the primary card holders annual gross income which I replied just the primary card holders income? She said yes, I gave it to her, then she asked my house monthly payment and without asking if I would like to add any other income she submitted the the cc increase request. They have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Half the time, you can't understand them because their phone lines are very bad, and the lines get disconnected. Then you get these losers who don't want to help you out with a dispute, so you have to call them back several times. I ask to get someone from the STATES, AND THEY'RE STUPID AND UNEDUCATED. Do NOT use Chase Mortgage services to buy a home. They accepted an erroneous borderline fraudulent appraisal report. The appraisal was so bad they sent it for internal review. However the entire time they told me everything was fine and I would close on time. Then with less than 48hrs notice they cancelled my closing and did not have the decency to reach out to my or the seller's realtor. I found out through the title company. I received a letter stating action was needed on my credit application. I had to call and confirm some information. I waited on the phone for 2 hours with no assistance. Why have a customer service number if you can't get help from it. The minimum wait time was 50, which is ridiculous. Absolutely terrible customer service.
