Can I leave 0 stars? I have had various Chase CC's over the years. My credit is excellent, not that really matters here. I recently moved and my old bank does not service my new area so I opened a Chase checking account. Biggest mistake!!! I have been locked out of my account 6x in the last 3weeks for possible fraudulent activity. What did I do you ask....I tried depositing money into my new account from my old account. I did a soft credit check with chase car Finance, which said would it would not affect my credit score and when I went to check my credit score my credit score went down three points right after doing that.
The worst company ever my car was totaled. Were living in a pandemic and chase does nothing for its customers please do not take a loan with chase. Ive paid a $30,000 car down to $2,000 and there not helping in anyway the customer service is horrible they act really snobby its not the company you wanna work with when its comes to auto financing! Stay far away from auto loan with chase bank.
I paid my Chase Auto loan off in July. While I waited on Chase to post it to my account, my monthly payment was approaching. They assured me I would receive my payment tight back if they received the payoff first. So I mailed the monthly payment on July 13. The payoff then posted, of course. I have been requesting my monthly payment back since July 16!!!!! I have went through 21 different reps, from ***** to ***************! Went to open a college checking account which promised 100$ with the opening of the account and qualifying direct deposit. They at first said the offer was randomized and hung up abruptly when I advocated that information should be on the website. The next representative told me to give them my direct deposit info and see if i get the bonus or not without guarantees i would get it. Stole my money. This bank will steal from you. Then make it seem like you’re the negligent despite you sending in faxes, evidence and everything of the claim. This bank will gaslight you.
Terrible service. I am cancelling my cards and I suggest you do the same. If you're thinking about opening any sort of account with these clowns at Chase, DON'T! I’m on vacation and they locked ALL of my accounts without notifying me, then told me not even managers can fix it on a weekend. I’m stranded in a strange city with absolutely no access to money and no place to stay for the night. Absolutely trash customer service.
