JPS Morgan Chase gave my daughter's entire bank account of cash (thousands of dollars) to the Texas Compcontroller's office without notifying me. Her account is under court order to have a hold placed on the account. Taking money out of her account is a violation of that court order. Currently, the state of Texas is charging 1.5% to get the funds back and asking for documentation to show that the property belongs to her.
RE: Chase Bank in Orland Park, Illinois I ordered the Chase Sapphire card to receive the 50,000 point bonus for ordering it. I was going to Ireland for a once in a life time trip. All their advertising was based around this and when using it for travel they add an additional 25%. If you look at all their advertisements never does it say that you must book with Chase travel. Worst bank you could possibly bank with ever! I was scammed out of over $500! I had my account hacked, they told Me I had fraud protection and then forced me to pay for the transactions even though I filed a police report AND showed verification that I was actually out of state during the delivery of these items! This bank is a joke that bullies the "little guys" like myself!
Do not EVER, EVER, EVER attempt to get a mortgage through this awful, incompetent, ignorant company. They are literally clueless untrained morons who have NO idea what they're doing. As a security professional I am not comfortable banking with this organization any longer. I spoke with the Fraud department a week ago and confirmed my card was lost and asked to cancel and have a new card rushed to me. After waiting a week I reached back out to see when my card would be arriving. I was horrified to find that not only was my card not sent but my current LOST CARD had been left open by the bank for over a week. Bank representative provided me wrong information about bonuses and checking account. After 3 weeks when I found this error they told me that they do not want care about my problem.
