Chase is among one of the worst banks you could go far there are fees up the axx you blink once you get a fee of 10 dollars there is no way an adult is running this company this is child's work my goodness

I applied for new card after closing my old card. To call and verify over the phone is weird; I thought it was a scam call. I was on the phone one hour to verify the next day and kept getting shuffled to other departments. One rep gave me a different phone number to call for the same department she was in. Call waits are over 40 minutes.

They really should give - stars. I would give Chase Bank the absolute lowest rating I possibly could. There is no other way to call what they did to me today except blatant theft. They literally stole every cent I had in the bank without any warning whatsoever. I had filed a dispute in April over a computer that cost 2300 dollars and won. They reversed -now understand me- REVERSED the payment. It was on my debit card and so the payment was reversed as a ATM transaction back to my debit card. Not a temp credit... Using their credit cards and products is great. But customer service is another story. They have 0 humility and are absolutely cutthroat. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere in due time. All over a $30 fee and their customer service reps will plain out lie to you about your options. They will say anything to get off the phone and absolutely do not care. One rep tells me to call back and see when a fee is posted, and when I do after the fee is posted, the other Rep and their Supervisor/Manager say that is an impossible ask... read more

I am so sick of Chase and their **** fraud alerts. I was preparing to purchase a $7,000 resort and concert package prior to it going on sale. I called Chase two hours prior to the on sale as I wanted to ensure that the transaction would be approved instead of receiving a fraud alert. It was important because the packages would indeed sell out within minutes. The person I spoke with at Chase on the phone said I was all set. Packages went on sale as scheduled. My husband just entered the CHASE ON **** ******* **** ****** TX ***** to try and make a withdrawal with his ID, Acct #, routing. He was refused the RIGHT TO HIS OWN MONEY because he didn't have a second form of ID!? When I called to ask for the manager information I was quickly prompted with the same excuse. She mentioned that because he didn't have his physic card the system would not allow them to go further. I had an issue with a bank check I received from my parents that was put on hold. I called to inquire why the funds were put on hold and the wait time was over 30 mins just to be put back into another phone queue, for the correct department, for another 20 to 30 minutes. The customer service reps were not knowledgeable and each time I called, which was 3 times, I was asked why did I receive the check, which I felt was totally out of line, inappropriate and most of all none of their business. Don't bank with Chase. They will charge you for every single thing you do. There are many better free options that will go out of their way to refund you for fees incurred. I spoke with Georgia and the confirmation number from our call is: ***********. Better banking options include: ****** ******** ***** ******** **********

I dealth with Matthew H***** NMLS#******* on May 5th about refinancing my home. This guy ran my credit and then dropped off the face of the planet. He said he would call me "right back" because his coputer was being slow. Ive left a half dozen messages for this guy and no response. Now the "offer" is expired and my credit score dropped several points for nothing. Im angry.
